Bishopsgate is a small housing project situated in Radford, Coventry and overlooking the Coventry Canal. The scheme consists of 8 self contained flats, which are for independent living for residents over the age of 18. The flats are made up of 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom variations, 4 flats are 1 bedroom and the other 4 flats are 2 bedroom, providing accommodation for young single people and families. All the flats are unfurnished and the flats are situated on ground, first and second floors with intercom facilities. There are car parking facilities for all flats with extra parking for visitors.
The residents are offered regular visits from a YMCA Housing Manager, to support or signpost residents to other advice agencies.
The scheme operates a waiting list and applications are assessed and selected on individuals needs and circumstances.
