Coventry & Warwickshire YMCA is a registered charity and Volunteers play a key role in the development and delivery of the work we deliver with and for young people and the communities in which they live. The roles that Volunteers perform are varied and we are keen to develop a wide range of opportunities that enable those volunteering to support the development of those we work with as well as achieving their own personal development.
We recognise that Volunteers bring a different dimension to our work and we will ensure that Volunteers are supervised and supported so that they can fulfil their potential and work at a level that recognises their training, experience and ability.
